It’s a… rebrand
Today, Jack in the box announces a new beginning. Of course, a new look. And a new way to define what we do. But, the same level of service, skills and expertise you’ve come to expect.
From today, we will be affectionately known as thebox; a creative agency with a strong focus on strategy.
Since first establishing the business in July 2000, I’ve seen Jack in the box grow and evolve – from fresh faces, new and emerging technology and trends, to you: our valuable clientele.
Despite the new look and feel, we want to assure you that strategy remains at the heart of what makes thebox different.
Since first launching Jack in the box, We’ve always focused on strategy as the centrepiece for a creative agency. Not a lot of agencies were offering that approach and I’m proud to say that over the last two decades, we’ve built somewhat of a reputation for bringing strategy to everything we do.
With that strategic focus in mind, the crew recently turned inwards to reflect on how our services could be better structured.
The result was the emergence of three key service offerings:
Brand, Campaign and Growth.
While we’re really excited to launch our ‘new’ services, in effect, they aren’t new at all – they’re services we’ve been offering for years. Now, we’re just articulating them a little differently.
Many of you will be familiar with our Brand and Campaign services, however, I want to briefly introduce our newest offering: Growth.
In 2019, we teamed up with HubSpot as an Official Partner to explore what Growth strategies were available to our clients.
With one of the industry’s premium marketing, sales, customer service and CRM software platforms at our fingertips, we’re delighted to give our clients unparalleled access to data and analytics.
More recently, we’ve also become a Klaviyo Partner in addition to our partnerships with MailChimp and Shopify. This has all been in preparation for our launch of Growth.
As you might expect, thebox is perfectly positioned to drive this service thanks to our strategy-led thinking. We understand the factors that contribute to great content and creative reaching the right person at the right time, in the right way.
Leaning on our philosophy of ‘audience first’, we’ve been helping our clients unpack what information is already available to them through their database and choose growth strategies that will best deliver results.
