In a time when recruiting and finding the right people for your business seems to be becoming more and more difficult, we find more and more clients are seeking new and innovative ways to reach their target audience.

This was true for CPD.

After assisting the CPD team for many years, from their strategy, brand and website, we were asked to work in conjunction with media experts, bureau42, to develop a strong lead generation campaign that would drive enquiry and engagement.

The first phase of the campaign focused on the concept of filling the empty boots of their growing workforce. This was executed across Social Media, Out of Home (OOH) as well as Radio.

This also aligned with the launch of a new website in conjunction with EUSO Digital that included automations to handle the enquiry.

Phase 2 was quickly introduced which shifted the Call to Action from Apply Now to Register Now, creating a backlog of resumes for consideration.

The 3rd Phase of the campaign built upon the ‘Boots’ concept, maintaining the overall look and feel of the campaign but was targeted specifically towards jobs in specific areas. Social Media and Radio were again used to deliver the results.
