Having struggled with separate consumer and corporate websites plus a detached Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for years, Australia’s South West was in desperate need of a new website.
Beyond just a lick of paint or an aesthetically beautiful new design, this was about the creation and development of a platform that would transform the membership experience and make the Australia’s South West teams lives significantly easier.
We began with a collaborative Discovery Session, informing a detailed Scoping Brief which would serve as the bible for the project.
An amazing design was a given but we also needed the architecture to work for visitors, members and the team. A seamless experience which would allow for a single login, automation of membership payments and the integration of a HubSpot CRM system to give the team all the tools they needed to perform.
Crafted and built on a highly customised WordPress platform, the site features a magazine vibe, flooded with iconic images of one of the world’s most beautiful regions, the South West.
What seemed like an impossible task when we first spoke, thebox in collaboration with our Development Partners, EUSO Digital, developed a fully integrated solution which reduced time for both members and the team from Australia’s South West.
The Last Word
Hundreds of listings, complex taxonomies and relationships between content, intricate design aesthetics and a number of separate systems which needed to seamlessly mesh into a single solution…this was a project that spanned over 6 months and took a partnership approach to achieve.
