As the creative landscape continues to shift, so does the format of Emergence Creative.

With the Festival well known for its four-day format over the last decade, the concept of Emergence Creative Collision was introduced in 2025 – a one (and a bit) day anti-conference forming part of a broader year-round program designed to connect, inspire and challenge creative minds in new ways.

Our task was to bring this evolution to life through design. The brief: create a new brandmark for Collision that remained unmistakably part of the Emergence family, while having its own distinct energy and identity.

The resulting mark captures the momentum and dynamic nature of creative collision – where ideas, people, and disciplines meet. Drawing on the visual DNA of Emergence, the logo was designed to feel familiar yet fresh, with subtle shifts in tone, shape and motion reflecting the program’s renewed focus.

To support the team behind Emergence, we developed a full suite of Adobe Express templates to allow for easy content updates. The website was also refreshed with a new digital program, allowing audiences to browse the event schedule with ease and organisers to update details in real-time.

Emergence Creative Collision marked the next chapter in a story that continues to celebrate the intersection of creativity, innovation, and community, reminding us that sometimes, the best ideas are born from the sparks that fly when ideas collide.
