Having built a strong reputation for building quality timber buildings, Constructive PD (CPD) knew they needed to take another step forward to be a serious player with both Tier 1 and 2 construction companies in the state.
With a brand which didn’t match the positioning of the quality workmanship and collateral which was not showcasing the work effectively, we decided to go back to the beginning and start with a Brand Story to really nail the strategic direction and feel of the organisation.
While developing the Brand Story, we also refreshed the brand and gave CPD a new look and feel which used elements from the previous brand as equity.
New showcase document templates were produced and a fresh new website was created.
The Last Word
The growth seen in the timber construction sector as well as in the need for CPD’s extensive experience in facades, a larger workforce was required, facilitating the need for an employment campaign. This was rolled out across social media channels with a bold and punchy message to break through the clutter of employment advertising in the market.
Additional guerrilla techniques were also employed to ensure people knew CPD was on the lookout for people to join the team.
