The Challenge

As a new startup, TriumphED came to us to assist with gaining two distinct sets of customers. Mentors who would provide part of their service and Students who were seeking some guidance when it came to travelling to Australia to study.

Overseas study is not new but the challenges in knowing what to expect when you get here is something that has continued to be an issue the world over. This is where TriumphED comes in.

The Idea

We needed to start on the foundations before we moved into the creative process. Ensuring that the business had a mechanism to handle the enquiry was critical, so the project began with our MarTech crew setting up a HubSpot environment.

The idea was for this to house the landing pages and feed all the information for both Mentors and Students into a centralised source of truth, allowing the business to easily sort through the high levels of enquiry brought about by the campaign.

The Solution

With the Landing Pages setup and a series of automations created to assist in managing the process and extracting the required information, we developed a creative campaign to target Mentors and overseas Students.

Working hand in hand with bureau42, we developed a suite of creative and copy to be pushed across a digital campaign specific to targeted locations.

The Last Word

Within hours of the media going live, leads began to roll into the system. With the creative resonating with the audience and with a highly targeted media approach, we were able to build a strong database quickly.

The first campaign was developed to test the market and assist in building systems with further campaigns planned to extend into additional markets across Australia and the globe.
