The Challenge

Nestled in the heart of Byford, Parcel Property had secured a block of land for development.

But like most greenfield projects, it was nothing more than a dream and a sandpit. We had to create a vision for the future.

The Idea

Surrounded by trees, the area is lush and feels a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With a school being built, this was a chance to create a real community feel and brand the estate a little differently.

The Solution

We developed the name Beenyup Grove from the original name for Byford. The strong two-tone green brand was designed to allow us to extract elements and use them creatively.

Much of the signage had elements that stuck out from the frame which we painted white and constructed from timber, adding to the positioning of the estate.

The Last Word

Innovative touches for the launch included a seed packet which was given to families who attended the open day. We also created a grow suit for new families who moved into the neighbourhood which proved to be a huge hit with buyers.
