Working with an existing brand, thebox was tasked with developing a refreshed style for the development and driving a significant increase in awareness and sales of the project. Based in Baldivis, the estate was already well established and work was beginning on Stage 3 of the development.
Initial work was driven by a strong continuity to all aspects of the marketing and promotion. A new typeface was required to expand the flexibility of the communication and signage was required to bring all the aspects of the estate together in one single message.
With huge exposure along not only Baldivis Road but also along the Freeway, a new and creative signage strategy was created to deliver a series of messages around the development.
Various digital campaigns have also been implemented to create awareness in the market along with a number of strategies to develop and drive sales through a series of innovative approaches.
A Bright Night Street Fest was also created to develop a community feel to the estate which ties in with the community focused Facebook page that links in members of the estate.
The Last Word
Ongoing campaigns continue to roll out of a planned calendar year which maintains the fresh look and feel of the estate, ensuring that the development is always top of mind for the target market.
