Working with an existing brand, thebox was tasked with developing a refreshed style for the development and driving a significant increase in awareness and sales of the project. Based in Wellard and nestled in the heart of extraordinary forever bush land, it was a case of creating a vision for the future and ensuring the market saw the opportunity of this development.
Working with the estates strengths, we developed a new corporate style that worked with a fresh series of photographs of the natural bush land. By using the angular nature of the brand mark, we were able to develop a new style which was distinctive yet flexible across the various mediums that were required.
With limited signage opportunities, every single sign counts and these were used to full effect with the striking new design and fresh look. Revised ‘Parcel’ Lot Signage was also implemented and additions such as the new park were enhanced through additional signage on site.
Various digital campaigns have also been implemented to create awareness in the market along with a number of strategies to develop and drive sales through a series of innovative approaches.
The Last Word
Ongoing campaigns continue to roll out of a planned calendar year which maintains the fresh look and feel of the estate, ensuring that the development is always top of mind for the target market.
