The Challenge

With a significant shortage of timber in Western Australia and across the country, there was a need to begin looking for additional resources outside of the existing plantations within WA.

The Idea

We needed to develop a name and a brand which would allow for expansion and growth of wholesale business dealing with a range of timber products. STAXA was born from the stacks of timber seen in yards as well as the need for a seemingly endless supply of timber in the market across Australia.

The Solution

The strong, bold brandmark was critical to the success of STAXA as we knew that packaging would be a big part of the project. From being stamped on certain timber products through to the wraps being transported across the state and country on open back semi’s before being available in timber yards (including Bunnings Warehouses), the brand needed to stand out.

thebox has assisted with a range of projects to implement the brand, including video production and an exclusive music track written specifically for STAXA.
