I’m sure somewhere along the line people have forgotten their mother’s pearls of wisdom – “Don’t you know it’s rude to stare?” – because that’s all that’s been happening for the last few days as people walk past the Jack in the box front window.

If you hadn’t guessed by now, our latest little project has arrived in the form of a fibre glass cow…and she’s naked!

Despite the sign, passers-by have been peering in the window and having a giggle at her expense.

As the design partner for strong>Cow Parade Margaret River 2010, we were also lucky enough to be one of the winning submissions to design and create one of the 96 cows that will be on display between March and May next year.

I drove down to Margaret River on Monday to pick her up and arrived back to a very excited team who were all anxiously awaiting her exit from the trailer. After recovering from the long trip, we decided that she would enjoy the view looking onto Prince Street but I fear she is becoming a bit shy so we’ll look to bring her back into the inner sanctum in the coming week or so.

There’s a lot of work to do to get her dressed for the parade and we’ve all been running around frantically ensuring we book in weekends and late nights to ensure she’s looking her best!

We’re also currently pitching around a few names for her. So if you have any great ideas, feel free to let us know!

Stay tuned to the website and the blogs for more updates in the coming months as we ‘boxify’ our prize cow and put our typically unique twist on this very exciting project.
