How Tim made me look at what was really important

So often we get tied up in the aspects of our businesses that simply don’t matter.
Tim got it right. Food is food. But hugs…well that’s something special.
We speak a lot about culture but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better example of it displayed in an organisation as I have with Tim’s Place.
I’m not going to harp on with rhetoric, I’m simply going to invite you to share this video with your network.
